Prayer Support
July 2010
Answered Prayer:
1. We have a neat group of adults in Mark’s S.S. class that he is teaching at Countryside.
2. We have a number of new financial partners–we are at 25% support now.
3. We had a great time with many of our friends during our visit to CA in May.
Please Pray
1. For new monthly financial supporters.
2. For more churches and individuals to give us the opportunity to share about Lebanon.
3. For our upcoming trip to L.A. (Aug. – a missions retreat & our last time to meet as a team
before our team leader, Bart, and his family head to Beirut.)

Answered Prayer:
1. For new and stronger relationships in our home church.
2. For growth in both prayer partners and financial supporters.
3. For a great time with family at the reunion (Scarborough side) in mid-April; this was probably the last time we will all (currently 25 of us) be together before our move overseas.
Please Pray
1. For Mark as he teaches an upcoming Fundamentals of the Faith class at Countryside. Pray that we will have a wonderful time with attendees, learning the essentials of the Christian faith.
2. For continued growth in prayer partners and monthly financial supporters.
3. For a great time with our Lebanon team and other friends, when we (just Mark & Katie) visit CA, May 8-10.

1. Many opportunities to share with others about our desire to impact the Middle East.
2. Safe travel & a smooth move to our new apartment in Texas.

1. For the development of significant relationships over the next year in our church home, Countryside Bible Church.
2. For an increase in both prayer partners and financial supporters.
3. Quality time with our children as we continue to teach them about their need for a Savior and our desire to move to Lebanon.

Answered prayer:
1. Mark has a great job as an RN in TX working the day shift (he’s worked the graveyard shift in CA for the past 5 years). A good change!
2. Help from friends & family. So many have come and helped us prepare for our move in various ways. Thanks to everyone!
Please pray:
1. For the maintaining of the relationships in CA that we have enjoyed for so many years.
2. That God would unite us with those who want to partner in the ministry to impact the Middle East.
3. Safe travel & last minute moving details.
4. Growth in grace!
